My career spans tech, professional services, entertainment, financial services, and non‑profits, including leadership roles at Capital One, Redbox, and Jellyvision. I’ve supported PE‑backed, private, and public companies from 70 to 40,000 employees, guiding them through foundational HR infrastructure, M&A, culture shifts, and organizational redesign.
